You will be joining a highly successful team with established referral partners, experienced support team and enabling Advisors and Senior managers who will fully support your career advancement. Responsibilities include:
Working with financial advisers on strategy development and research for new and existing clients
- Preparation of all advice documents – SOA’s and ROA’s
- Liaising with clients, fund managers, superannuation funds, insurance companies and internal stakeholders
- Ensure strict compliance with legislation and licensee standards
- Maintain & improve advice templates
- Modelling client strategies in Xplan
- Experience working with HNW strategies
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Strong numerical and literacy skills
- Can do attitude
Minimum pre-requisites are:
- Experience in a paraplanning role
- RG146 compliant preferred
- Competent in the use of Xplan or COIN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS office in particular Excel and Word
- Proven ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously when necessary
